my two cents ... a bit offtopic ... GetPaid has an interesting approach to things like these, known as "social source funding" ... Basically what happens is that someone sponsors the development community in order to implement a specific feature or accomplish a particlar milestone needed/desired by the client/sponsor. All code added during such phase is of course FLOSS (Free/Libre Open Source Software). However, since what the original poster wants is to set up a site with Plumi rather than developing a new feature or finish some task from the ticketing system, the afore mentioned "social source funding" seems to be not appropriate in this case ... it may be if he is willing to support finishing the next milestone though ... another two cents: planning for a yet non-existing site although Plumi only supports Plone 2.5 as of now ... does not make a lot of sense. Rather, it would be great if someone would help (personally or by means of "social source funding") to accieve our next milestone from the roadmap i.e. make Plumi work on Plone 3. I am sure the folks at Engagemedia would very welcome "social source funding" :-) URLs: - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GetPaid - http://plumi.org/roadmap _______________________________________________ Discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.plumi.org/listinfo/discuss
