Hi Shane Thanks for your interest in Plumi.
Incorporating LDAP should not be a problem, let us know how you go, getting some documentation from you about that would help everyone else. Basically, to make videos be inaccessible until reviewed, you need to make a different workflow for the videos. For example , you may want to change the workflow on video so that they begin in the "private" state, and also make sure that when in the "pending" state, that they are inaccessible. To change Plumi so that it works differently, means you will need to do some coding, if you want to make these changes permanent and repeatable. Or, you could just do it by hand, inside the "ZMI" - Zope Management Interface. also, FYI, to stay in touch, ask questions etc , from http://plumi.org/wiki --- You can get involved in Plumi development by: * going to #plumi and #plone4artists at irc.freenode.net * by emailing us here http://blog.plumi.org/contact/ * by joining the http://lists.plumi.org/listinfo/discuss/ * by joining the http://lists.plumi.org/listinfo/plumi-announce/ * submitting any bugs or enhancements to our tracker - http://plumi.org/report/3 - PLEASE check the listing first to check the issue hasn't already been ticketed. --- cheers andy On Wed, 2009-04-29 at 12:45 +1000, Shane geddes wrote: > Hi, I am setting up a video sharing website for our school and am going to > set up Plone and LDAP for it, (Will this work) and also as said in the > Subject is there a way that I can set all videos that are uploaded need to be > approved by an Admin before they can be View. > Thanks > Shane > _______________________________________________ Discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.plumi.org/listinfo/discuss
