Hi Gail, The main support options for plumi are listed at http://blog.plumi.org/support/ - you are best off trying the plumi discuss mailing list, or drop in to #plumi IRC channel on irc.freenode.net. As we are a non profit organisation that create a free software product, we cannot provide any immediate support, but if you provide details of your errors, or lodge a ticket in the plumi bug tracker we may be able to look at the bug when we get the opportunity. You can also try looking for assistance (paid or otherwise) through the plone website or IRC channel.
Be aware that the 'trunk' of plumi in subversion is currently undergoing rapid changes to a new version of plone and is incompatible with older versions. If you are installing plumi from subversion, then make sure you are using a tagged version of the 0.2.x branch. good luck, Victor On Sat, Aug 1, 2009 at 4:00 AM, Gail Schultz<[email protected]> wrote: > Hi, > I am working on a project for Saginaw Valley State University and have been > working with PLUMI since June, 2009, with no problems.
