Thanks Dimitris, this worked flawlessly.  The documentation needs to
more clearly state that the trancoding server and the video server
should be the same.  I definitely wasted quite a few hours being stupid
about this.

Also, in my experience, the documentation should also point out that for
the initial set up you need to modify the zope.conf file and change
address from 127.0.0.1;8080 to example.org:8080 .  This may not be true
in all situations, but it cost me a couple of hours as well.

I'll give a full write up of my experience soon.
