Just tested this and the issue is still there.
I created this video first

and this one second
http://testing.plumi.org/Members/andrew/videos/i-was-created-2nd/
I published this one first
http://testing.plumi.org/Members/andrew/videos/i-was-created-2nd/
and this one second
http://testing.plumi.org/Members/andrew/videos/i-was-created-first/
This one _should_ appear at the top of the listings as it was published
more recently
http://testing.plumi.org/Members/andrew/videos/i-was-created-first/
but this video instead appears at the top of the listing
http://testing.plumi.org/Members/andrew/videos/i-was-created-2nd/
