Hey Nanang,
thanks for your suggestions here and sorry for the slow response on this, I needed to check with some people to confirm some of the questions.

I'm cc'ing this to the plumi-discuss list and there may be other people can add more, particularly perhaps Izhar from KL who can perhaps assist with the translation.
1. there are two format options for the user:
  - Video in its original format
  - Split video files with duration of 10 minutes.
Videos are already available in their original format. For number 2, if the idea is to assist people without much bandwidth or with unreliable connections then I think it's better to get bittorrent working, splitting the files is more work I think and most people complain to be about YT splitting their files.
2. video output into a format which is mp4 or flv all extension.
It's already outputted as mp4, but perhaps we should make the mp4 easier to download, right next to where the ogg download is. I just added a ticket. - http://plumi.org/ticket/432

3. Zope Plone Plumi keep using Apache2, Zope is a server that runs Python and Plone function as its CMS (Content Management System), Plumi an addon / plugin for Plone which functions as a video database.

How If Plumi made CMS (Content Management System), an independent who can directly run on Zope Server. be separated from Plone.
If Plumi was separated from Plone we would have to do a lot more work to replicate all the features that Plone adds to Zope. Plone gives us a lot and we should keep it.

4. If it can not be independent of the Plone means to make Zope, Plone and Plumi become one Repository, where users can simply install one package at a time.
Steps:
- Install Zope
- Then Install plumi (by installing plumi in ubuntu plumi direct and once installed plone)
As far as I know (and someone correct me if I am wrong) you can install Plumi in one package by running the buildout. eg. http://svn.plone.org/svn/collective/plumi.buildout/tags/3.1b2/

Can someone correct me if I am wrong?
with the steps above it would be possible to make a lot of community video archive local server for easy installation.
For sure, that's the intention and if there are ways we can make it easier it'd be great to hear more. Were there particular things you found difficult with the install?
5. make Plumi for Mobile, so users can upload videos via Mobile Device.
Definitely, it's on the list.
6. Make a local server IIX (Server in Indonesia) to accelerate video uploads.
Also on the list, we need to talk with you guys about how we can do this. Hoping we can start thinking about this for the end of the year.

Thanks again for the feedback, I hope my responses helped.

Cheers
And.

1. ada 2 pilihan format untuk user :
  - video tetap pada format aslinya
  - video terpecah-pecah filenya dengan durasi 10 menit.

2. video output menjadi 1 format yaitu mp4 atau flv semua extensi
