This is now available.
Just wanted to check before ticking off - the page reports that "The
transcoding has not started." though it obviously has. I'm *presuming*
this has nothing to do with the changes that have been made in this
ticket, and that it's either an anomaly due to the testing site, or an
issue with the transcoder. Would you agree?
If so then I'll tick this off as completed.
