2 things
* How easy would it be to exclude people from it, basically I'm thinking
EM staff might top the list due to their extra activity (doesn't need to
be coded now as it might not actually be a prob, but wondering about it.
* is it possible to direct the portlet to a full page that shows more than
5 members at a time? Or some other funky way of showing more than 5
without messing with the design.
