thats great. what's is mean no need to configure anything like virtualhost?
or no need virtualhost?

The simplest thing to do in a small LAN setup is to edit the /etc/hosts file

thats bad. if the LAN/WIFI access is open to public, it's impossible to
change the notebook or laptop user/client one by one.

nothing solution after plumi3 release (i understand about this at Local
Archive)? how about setup BIND and virtualhost? for "standard" software like
wordpress etc, with BIND and virtualhost, all user in LAN and WIFI area can
connect server with server domain name.

Last night, i've done setup bind and nginx virtualhost for lan/wifi access.
the plumi server is in my office and i can access via pptp/vpn (the router
server is using Mikrotik). i've done create a "virtual domain" like
depotvideo.kh and that's domain accessible via lan/wifi. but, the root is in
/var/www/depotvideo.kh. So, if my plumi installation in /opt/plumi, all need
only change root folder to /opt/plumi? it's true?

i think plumi is better if can applied to standard "local hosting server".

or, maybe the solution is install plumi in "really live site" with "true
public domain" and "true public server" like VPS or dedicated server. but,
it's impossible for my office (only have 256kbps internet access).

i have an attachment about Kampung Halaman network. Maybe you're have other
solution.....
