#605: Rename "plumi callouts" to "callouts"

The user will not know what a Plumi Callout is - they should be able to
click just "Callout" e.g. here:
http://staging.engagemedia.org/Members/anna/callouts
There's no reason for the callouts to be called "plumi callouts". They
need to change and we should change all the listings, etc that are created
to correspond to this.
