It's a plone.app.discussion bug and it occurs on a clean Plone
installation. I've reported it to the plone bug tracker:
https://dev.plone.org/plone/ticket/11497
I'm leaving the ticket open and moving it to the next milestone just to
remember to check the bug's progress.
