The author page has become rather cluttered as there have been a number of
additional elements added to the page. It needs some nice simple layout.
Some particular notes
* Put the paypal explanation under the paypal button, not before it.
* Align image to the right and wrap text
* Change URL to "homepage"
* Add spacing between each element
* add news/events/callouts icons next to each listed item
* add rss1 on callouts
