Unfortunately Plone does not provide a mechanism to control the html
filtering based on user roles/permissions. We would have to override the
html filtering mechanism which is not trivial and rather error prone.
My suggestion would be for the site admins to enable the iframe tag in the
custom tags list at /@@filter-controlpanel whenever an external video has
to be embedded and disable it right afterwards.
A better solution will come with #34
