This error happened in 4.2, when I was told to follow docs/INSTALL.txt to use "-v 1.4.3" when bootstrap. But in 4.3, there is no such information in docs/INSTALL.txt. So when bootstrap, it told me the version of zc.buildout is 1.4.4. Not sure if this is relative.
