This error happened in 4.2, when I was told to follow docs/INSTALL.txt
to use "-v 1.4.3" when bootstrap.
But in 4.3, there is no such information in docs/INSTALL.txt. So when
bootstrap, it told me the version of zc.buildout is 1.4.4.
Not sure if this is relative.
