We've updated demo with the latest round of fixes. We're using the favicon
for plumi since it is supported by mediaelement js. There seem to be some
issues with bigger logos, as we're hacking over the mediaelementjs css and
js for it to work. E.g. the em.org logo seems fine on chrome but not on
FF. In any case we can continue with those fixes on em.org's redmine.
The share button now opens the link in a new page (feel free to test it on
demo, and if it's ok we'll transfer the fix to em.org too).
