1. "Add comment" should appear when logged out - then prompt you to log in
2. There should be one line of space under the Add Comment title before
this text "You can add a comment by filling out the form below. Plain text
formatting. Web and email addresses are transformed into clickable links.
Comments are moderated."
3. Comment box should be as wide as Add Comment title bar, and it should
be only two lines of space below the text "You can add a comment by
filling out the form below. Plain text formatting. Web and email addresses
are transformed into clickable links. Comments are moderated."
4. "Notify me of new comments via email." should also appear in line with
all these elements
5. There seems to be no add comment link at all here:
