* milestone: 4.5 EM and Plumi UI Re-Design => 4.6
Comment:
Callouts folder can be removed from existing users - these are time-
relevant items anyway, so removing won't be an issue.
Let's remove this in 4.6.
Also the spacing between items is very irregular still - this needs to
have some CSS/HTML fixes applied to make spacing consistent between all
items. Still looks pretty messy.
Perhaps this template could be fully re-designed at some point, the
current layout doesn't sit well with the new design.
