Well, the product that we use just wraps itself around the creativecommons
license chooser, so we don't have any way of changing that. Maybe they
changed it at some point? They seem to have changed the default license
chooser a lot http://creativecommons.org/choose/ but they've kept the
version required by plone products in order not to break compatibility
here http://creativecommons.org/choose/?partner=Plone
That's the version we use (with some extra options regarding the return
page, our logo, etc).
