ok Plone has a really bad markup on that byline so it was impossible to
remove the "last modified" text without overriding the entire collection
template. So I opted out for remopving the "by user" also, as it is
already part of the comment title, thus it's duplicated. I fixed the
identation a bit. Let me know what you think.
