> Plumi is a complete solution for a video portal and it fulfils these
requirements. It is built on an existing cms (Plone) and offers the
functionality out of the box to create members and upload videos in their
profiles . The default portal skin is responsive and tested on
tablets/smart phones and videos are transcoded in html5 as well as mp4.
Also transcoding profiles can be changed.

Some of the products you mention are used within Plone to upload a video
and be able to play it, but none of them handles transcoding (which Plumi
handles through transcode.star)
