Hi Dennis,
I believe the only tested installation (as mentioned in the installation
docs in the code on Git) is on Debian.
It would be fantastic if you could contribute your installation
documentation re. CentOS to the docs in the code as an
Install-CentOS.rst Do you need Git access?
Also would be helpful to hear your issues with Ubuntu though it may take
a while for somebody to get back to you about specifics.
FYI this project is worked on intermittently by various parties, so if
response times are a bit slow, please be patient. People tend to work in
sprints, with dribs and drabs in between, at present. Any help people
can provide to the user community with documentation is hugely
appreciated, as you are right to point out it could be improved.
Hoping to organise a Plumi meet up on Google Hangouts or Skype soon, so
we can all meet each other properly and discuss the most urgent needs of
the project.

on git? I'm asking because I followed the instructions to the letter,
and still doesn't successfully install on my clean Ubuntu system. Them
you have a link there that states the latest guide is actually a very
outdated guide.
