Hi, Unfortunately this is a new bug in Products.ATVocabularyManager product that causes this problem.
There's a quick solution to solve it, if you plan to support only one language in your portal. In this case, from the Plone control panel ( http://site/prefs_install_products_form <http://mgogoulos.plumi.org/prefs_install_products_form>) select LinguaPlone and deactivate it. Then you won't have these 503 errors. However if you need to use more than one languages, you can't deactivate LinguaPlone, since this is the product that supports languages.
