.. so commentedout the extension 'buildout.dumppickedversions' so it
now looks like:
[buildout]
extensions =
# buildout.dumppickedversions
mr.developer
3. same as 1. but for the for ffmpeg buildout
After that is was just a matter of getting the users right in site.cfg
