That sounds pretty good! Though it will take some time to transfer all our issues over from Trac... perhaps we can aim to do this in the coming months? We would also lose our history, though this is maybe not such a problem...

I think Shali was more thinking immediately of a forum, not an issue tracker.

Or perhaps... a FAQ? Containing common problems and their solutions, rather than issues that are solved and go away?

A forum with sticky topics would do that job... or a simple FAQ on the blog.. but not everybody has access to that...

Other thoughts?

Since Plumi codebase is on github, we could benefit more from the included issue management.

Users could report their issues on https://github.com/plumi/plumi.app/issues , also feature requests and bugs they encounter. The wiki is also powerful, and users could use it to share their experience (eg installation on platform X, or share some cool customizations they made).

Github is going to stay more than any other possible source to share content, so I think it's a good solution!

    Hi all,

Shali is keen to get a forum going for Plumi... a great idea...
    where should we put this?

We can host it on the EngageMedia servers, if there is a good
forum software to use (FOSS), or host it externally if there are
    reasons to do so?

    Thanks,
    Anna
