The result of deleting these 6 videos was that I was not able to upload any more videos. Uploads went fine until approximatly 98% of the video uploaded, then the progress bar stopped, and would not complete the upload.

I then decided to reboot the server, and then restart the services.

I then got this result:

root@folketsvideo:/home/videomaster/plumi/plumi.app# ./bin/supervisord
root@folketsvideo:/home/videomaster/plumi/plumi.app# ./bin/supervisorctl status

So, there is problem with the cashe. What can I do about this?

I just figured out how to delete these mentioned 6 vidoes, but I guess that does not fix the underlying problem described. I will reupload the videos and see what happens.

In my newly installed Plumi portal at http://folketsvideo.org I have uploaded some videos. In the frontpage there is a preview grid of the featured video at the top, and then the below "Latest Video" section shows 9 videos.

When I click the "More Videoes" button in the bottom of the frontpage, I am shown 6 more videos. When I click to view any of these 6 videos (the first 6 videos uploaded to the site) I only get error messages like these:

  Error 503 Service Unavailable

Service Unavailable

      Guru Meditation:

XID: 1405300638

Varnish cache server

I don't understand why only these 6 videos are affected with this problem. I also tried to log in as admin (and also logged in as my normal user), none of this make any change in the error messages generated when trying to view the detailed view of these 6 videos. As admin and owner of these videos, I would expect med to be able to DELETE any of them and try and reupload them, but as I am not able to open the detailed view of any of these videos, I can not access the edit or delete buttons.

I have then tried to poke around in the Plumi administration interface, specially the Zope administration interface, to see if there are some options there to edit/delete any of the videos, but I can not find any place to do this.

What could I do to try to solve this problem? What will happen if I go into the linux command prompt and just browse the filestructure to just delete the files from there? Will I then create databaseproblems. Where in the database can I safely delete these 6 videos, or where can I do some "filerepair" or whatever to fix the Nginx error messages and get access to these videos?

Hope someone can help on this one.

Regards
Graabein
