Updates from today:
1. Fixed by just including the external video type in the relevant
collection.
2. No work done on this yet.
3. This appears to be fixed by 5 on my local copy, but didn't fix the
staging site. More work to come next time.

5. Fixed. Checked into a new plumi.app branch called 'externalvideo'.
6. (was 4!): Duration - No work done on this yet.
