-downstairs door: nothing we can do if it's being left unlocked by
cre8ery (likely),
but if they tell us the dates that happened we can find out who should have
locked it via the cameras (last to leave) to prove it's not us &
have them fix it.
-upstairs door: -fix the doorknob that doesn't lock properly (or
replace & rekey)
-replace door closer so door doesn't crash into
frame & loosen it.
-frame needs to be re-anchored into cement or
replaced with metal.
-find a way to install cat5 to the roof camera covering AW rear door.
-mop stairwell if landlord doesn't do it (I did it a year ago; 1.5 hrs
+ 12 buckets?)
