I have posted an updated cash flow on the centre table in the lounge.
There are new lines for cleaning and bathroom supplies ($15 a month),
bathroom and sink cleaning service ($80 a month), and discretionary ($10
a month).

only it includes an actual rent number. (if any board members are more
paranoid than Jay, they can ask for it to be revoked -- not something
that can be done for a mailing list post)
Question everything, your aggregate guesses are better than mine!
To lighten the mood, I have purchased an unknown number of non-premium
jelly beans (not Jelly Bellies) and placed them in a clear container at
the same location.
There's a second jar and little pieces of paper to submit your name and
guessed count.
The beans will be counted by a volunteer divide and conquer method after
Tuesday's meeting. (I haven't counted them).
Then we'll see which submission was the closest (no recounts) and
naturally give the beans to that person(s).
(unlike /The Price is Right/, you're not excluded for going over..)
If anyone wants to jellybean with me on the budget numbers face to face,
I'll be in the space on Saturday morning by 11am to switch us to our new
VM server. (see next post).
