No, it doesn't. It just means that 2 directors have argued that their extra 
responsibilities are equivalent to expecting members to do something at no cost 
that we are apparently willing to pay outside parties for. It has no bearing 
for or against the validity of the point.

We have 40-50 people, and apparently none of them considering "cleaning the 
toilets" and such to be a part of what they need to do to keep the place 
running. So, one side or the either seems to have a misunderstanding of what 
members are _required_ to do. What happens if the maid we hire decides they 
like the place so much that they want to become a member? We're out the money 
we pay them minus member dues, and right back to "Hired a member to do the 
work.". Or do we say "Nope, can't be the cleaner anymore." and come back to 
square one? Or do we refuse their membership bid and possibly piss them off 
that way?
