Both clubs have been listed here. http://www.c4con.com/at-the-con/attractions/ The convention is November 2, 3, 4 at the Winnipeg Convention Centre, 2nd and 3rd floor. The agreement for the club table is that they are free provided that each club can provide 2-3 volunteers for setup and tear down of the convention. It is mainly putting up tables, chairs and pipe and drape. If no volunteers are provided, a club table is 125$. A club table includes 5 passes. Electricity is purchased from the convention centre, AW and SKSP tables are beside each other so electricity can be shared. These are also beside the anime and transformers club, which generally use electricity as well. Convention set up is thursday night, Exhibitor set up is Friday during the day. The convention head has specified these conditions. Set up times and table location are subject to change at the discretion of the convention head. I believe that SKSP is commited to the attending the convention. If I could be advised on AW position. Workshop space is still available for panels and demonstrations.
