Let's not rule out our options at hand. We have a quote from an
electrician that is willing to work with us.

I'm not going to get into things, but we have a very limited budget
and should consider all opportunities before us.

Any news on this quote? Just assume that we're not getting any help
from the landlord and that we are where we are, and we already know
what we need. I thought we had assumed this already?
