I'm a little confused... on the one hand you're asking us to disregard any other offers of electrical work because you have a quote forthcoming, but now you're saying you are holding off on it because of lease issues and the fact that our bills will be too high and we'll be looking for a new space. What is the plan on your end?
I think you should ask for a quote assuming nothing about our expenses or lease, and see what you can get for SkullSpace from your work. But that's just my opinion. As Courtney mentioned, once we even have a quote we can use this document to apply for a bingo night at the casino and other things, so it would be in our best interest to get a quote ASAP.
