Hm, it is kind of dingy, but I just thought of a temporary fix. Everyone has
found their way into the classroom, because it's spacious and very bright.
What if we set up some basic semi-clean work areas where those computers
used to be, or under that first window?

Plan
Also we have a good number of members that do not use the space very
much at all and when they do show up its dark, dingy and there's no
workspace anyway.
Indeed, got to have a great space before asking our members to make it
active -- just thinking ahead on what to do once we're there so we can
have the funds to pay for those renovations after the fact. (I presume
we're going to borrow what we need)
Right now the only discussion we need to have is *WHAT IS GOING ON WITH
THE LEASE!!!
At some point we're going to have to consider what to do if we just
keep hearing nothing from the management company and landlord. (though I
suppose our continued electricty use would force their hand at some point)
I don't feel that
we can find 40-50 positions for members if everyone stepped up to the
plate.
We'll have four spaces (classroom, lounge, computer lab, workshop) to
book up -- but more importantly we should do what we can to encourage
folks to co-organize in groups of 2-4.
