Ron, AW/Ramp Up has already said they will take the space if we offer it to them. So there wouldn't be much left to do at this point other than SkSp saying "do it."
I say if we give it to AW we kindly ask that they patch up the spot we left for double doors, and we will provide/help install insulation in the walls from our leftover supply that isn't being used (I think this is fair and will cut down on noise even further). Mark, You still haven't answered the questions of: - Cost to get the space up to snuff for a tenant - Cost in dollars and time to administer the space/respond to questions the tenant may have (I am not volunteering myself for this) - Determine a price - Provide electricity I think if you were willing to answer these questions and volunteer your time to make this stuff happen, you would have a stronger case... ***It's a very good point that we could lease it for more; I just don't see how we can do this without it costing us lots of money and time - which is why I'm pushing for just a relocation of space to AW.*** -Justin On 4 October 2012 12:00, Ron <r...@skullsecurity.net> wrote: > All right, you've solited opinions, it's been discussed.
