I'd like to do a quick email poll (mailbox flood!) on this proposal:

That Skullspace enter in to a new agreement of at least 3 years with Assent
Works and 125 Adelaide regardless of space configuration so long as:
* The cost sharing is equitable, with rent proportional to space exclusive
to each of Skullspace and Assent Works
* The $3000 requested be repaid over 3 years
* Any renovations and legal fees required to bring this agreement in to
effect be split
* Any renovations required to transfer current skullspace to Asset works
(if this happens at all) be split

Do you support this proposal, yes or no?
Reply with +1 for yes and -1 for no.
Remember, a no (-1) vote is not specifically a vote to leave -- feel
free to also chime in with -1 if broad acceptance of the new terms goes
too far and you only want to accept these terms with the promise of a
specific space configuration included.
As an email poll this is non-binding.
If the board's first instinct is against a preferential ballot (see last
post), a large number of -1 votes here may help convince them
re-consider -- a choice of a different system may be too biased towards
the default (leave) option and they'll see that the stay under any
configuration option isn't well supported either.
Given that the majority of the board wants us to stay in some form, we
can help them realize that a of process may be required to give the stay
options a fair chance.
