We'll be taking a big financial risk if try to keep all of our space --
but I'd rather risk us falling into that option over the risks of
leaving. We can always move more towards the position of less space at a
later time (I'm ready to support it now).
The price of staying is bearable if we yield some space. I don't imagine
we'll spend that financial dividend on furthers renovations on the
spaces we'll keep -- such initiatives will have to find direct donations
etc...
