There's no holding off on this fundamental question of accepting the overall major terms of a new agreement or not. We must address it ASAP or we're facing a legal 6 month lease termination notice.
That should not become our fate by default -- we should directly choose one future or another for ourselves.
If we accept the overall terms for being here we can at least kick the can down the road on the question of how much space to use or not use under those terms and have more time to assess our capacity for chasing money and using or not using space.
