There has been a lot of talk about how we plan to do the electrical and I
presume that will change depending on how much or little space we plan to
hand over to AW. Is the $900 estimate to do the sub panel accurate? AW's
new lease requires that we get permission from the landlord for any work we
do. I can't imagine them denying us electrical but they will likely ask we
do it the right way, with permits, licensed people etc. Will it still be a
reasonable cost?
