Yup, resurrecting the thread now that I've had a day to cool off. I will concede the argument about sleeping. I honestly was not aware there was a rule in place, which points to us needing clearer/more accessible documentation of what is and isn't allowed.
This doesn't mean that I'm suddenly okay with people showing up drunk however, and I do intend to talk to people and raise the point again when tensions aren't quite so high.
