Although the student rate vote is less urgent than resolving our rental
situation, it might be good to just get it out of the way.  It might
attract new members, and could be included in the pamphlets that are taken
to both upcoming conventions.  More paying members equals more financial
options.  :)

Based on later discussions with various people, one simple rate option
might simply be to peg student rate to half regular rate plus 2hrs/month
volunteer work (probably cleaning).  That way it will move with whatever
the current rate is, even if it rises due to increased costs, or is
temporarily reduced due to lack of physical space.
