We can vote on this location as an alternative to The Justin Plan.
We'll need a quote on buying a diesel generator, an estimate on how much
fuel we'll burn, a quote derived on that from on how much it will cost
in fuel and transportation costs to keep the generator going -- plus
mercenaries and fences to provide security.
And occupency permit issues are inevitable once these things arrive, so
on a temporary basis we'll need extra mercanaries to fight off WPS, and
even more mercanaries, arms, and drones to fight off the second wave of
Canadian Forces, and a tad more to fight the third wave of nuclear armed
NATO forces. At least the response from China, Russia, and the rest of
the U.N. will be "Winnipeg? meh?".
Plus more mercanaries to defend the entire diesel supply chain from such
-- none of the battles are worth it if we can't get any hacking done --
I refuse to put any time into riding a bicycle based generator. (though
I'd like to build one for backup and showing off at Comic Con)
And some military grade Toughbooks and OLPC XO's to handle the elements,
our ussual PCs, tablets, and laptops aren't going to cut it.
I'm also affraid we'll have a tough time sorting out the choice of
Ninjas (Inc.) and Pirates (Ltd.) as our mercanaries of choice -- so add
in binding arbitration as a startup cost + several rounds of mediation
to determine the terms of reference to the arbitrator.
I am not spreadsheeting this...
