I'm also affraid we'll have a tough time sorting out the choice of Ninjas (Inc.) and Pirates (Ltd.) as our mercanaries of choice -- so add in binding arbitration as a startup cost + several rounds of mediation to determine the terms of reference to the arbitrator.
