Ok that's good, we can negotiate. An open area concept may work with dividers and proper treatments. We should consider minimal modifications up until the point we determine we need more significant internal architecture.
In general, the louder activities and quite activities don't happen simultaneously from what I understand. We have always tried to be awesome with each other. If a bunch of folks are watching a movie, I'll refrain practicing my amateur dentistry - it's noisy.
