They don't own the building, just the space beyond the door frame on the third-floor landing. They shouldn't complain about people
who don't come into the AssentWorks area.

AW made it pretty clear that no one other than demo team members are
authorised to be on the premise. It is their space now (as in their
beer); they are extending access as a result of a carefully brokered
deal courtesy of Moi and Mak.
What's the deal say about garbage disposal? I'm not interested in
helping with demolitions, but once I'm done the "getting my stuff and
Skullspace stuff out" phase that ends Friday, I'm willing to come to 1.0
sometime to help load one truck with garbage at 1.0 and another truck
with e-waste.
