I've gotten reports of the outside door not working, could be water
has gotten behind the reader (I didn't have sealant to prevent that
last time I worked on it) or this setup is sensitive to the cold
(unlikely, but we could put a small resistor in back to heat it a
bit). I'm still very busy today but should be able to look at it later
tonight.
