Last night, Lynn, Richard and I had trouble getting in (luckily one of us was inside to let the others in at any time).
Richard and I tried with our fobs to get in to no avail and we could not hear the door click. When Lynn came down to let us in, we tried it with the door open and it worked fine (the latch opened). Something similar happened with Lynn, except I tried it afterwards with the door closed and locked from the outside and it worked. Peculiar..
