No, those are two different wiring problems at AW, lol. The back lights were off because the new lights wired into existing (shitty) electrical circuits overloaded one of the motion-detection system relays. I bypassed it tonight and higher amperage relays will be installed soon.
The wireless link at AW feeding sksp2 internet is on temporary wiring and I think there's something damaged with the wiring (fried the PSU, which is extremely rare) but I don't have a bunch of time to be moving the pile of garbage and other stuff to diagnose it. Bypassed it with another power source / some different cat5 for now. SkSp2 was supposed to get a dedicated radio from VOI to get away from such problems but both I and they have been busy.
