Since july 2012, "low voltage" cabling has to be done by a class m electrician 
in any commercial or industrial setting for perminant wiring. This is basically 
any cable that will be nailed or screwed down and/or be run through conduit.

Low voltage includes cat 3/5/6/7 and rg-59/60 and various telephone circuits.
