To review: -Pop culture expo at the convention center this weekend, 10am-6pm both days -Assuming final confirmation of details with Ariel, Sksp will have a table; manned by me, Jim (part-time; anyone else can help?) on Saturday; Jay and Adrian on Sunday. -At Sksp table, assuming we have electrical power, will have laptop and/or desktop to play games made by our members (Jim and Andrew`s); Ben`s µJoypad and NesChuck; anything else that`s interesting and flashy? (Molly's modified Nerf weapons was mentioned but she isn`t around?) -Will bring that large banner and flyers (how many are around / can we easily print more?)
I`m confirming with Ariel: power, any costs, how many members get free passes; setup and teardown times; any other restrictions.
