To review: -Pop culture expo at the convention center this weekend: 'preview' 5-8pm Friday; open 10am-6pm Sat and Sun -Sksp table: manned by Colin, Nathan (after 1pm) on Saturday; Jay / Adrian / Jim on Sunday. Clinton can help a bit if we call him. -At Sksp table, assuming the electrical plugs in back work, will have laptop and/or desktop to play games made by our members (Jim and Andrew`s); Ben`s µJoypad and NesChuck; anything else that`s interesting and flashy? (Molly's modified Nerf weapons was mentioned but she isn`t around?) -Will bring that large banner and flyers (how many are around / can we easily print more?) -volunteering was be friday 10am until 2pm - Colin and Clinton did it. -Nate said bring a few games (Zombie dice, Ergo, Flux, Catan cards, that sort of thing). If it's slow you can play them, if it's not slow, just seeing them will make people stop at the booth. -There's one page info sheets on the uJoypad, NESchuck, GRYTH, etc. that we can print and stick to the table. These along with a few pages of buzzwords we can cut up and stick to the table to fill empty space. The buzzwords can be good conversation starters and help to educate people that our members are interested in more that 'hacking websites'. -The printables are in the Skullspace Members Derpbox (where/what is it? network share?) under 'Promo Materials' in doc and pdf format.
Loading for CLUB TABLE SET UP (as in your tables not everyone else's) is at 5pm - Midnight. You will be loading through the FIRST FLOOR loading dock. You will be reporting to the Exhibitor/Artist Registration at Room 11. You are allowed 5 passes for your Club table whether you paid or provided manpower. You can purchase up to 5 more for $10.00 each. Happily enough, if you give us a list of names of people from your club attending, we will hold the wristbands at the back door for you.
